The Collaborative's early childhood resource library is supported by Karen Orvis, a volunteer from the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut's Volunteer Bank.

The library is open during regular business hours from 8-4. Evening and Saturday visits can be arranged by calling the Collaborative. Please call 860-241-0411 to check on a specific title or to check to make sure someone is here if you are planning to make a visit.
